Overview
AI is the new product - you're the one expected to lead it.
In today’s market, product leaders aren’t just shipping features. They’re steering AI strategy, orchestrating data, and building intelligent solutions that move the business forward. The Product Management Professional (PdM-P) experience integrates the full AI Business Leader certification so you can lead both worlds: exceptional products and the AI systems shaping their future.
Product Management is a multifaceted discipline that drives the success of every modern organization. It blends strategy, customer insight, experimentation, and cross-functional leadership into a single role that connects customers, executives, engineers, designers, and marketing teams. Product managers ensure the entire organization is aligned on solving the right problems, at the right time, in the right way.
Christa J. Hill walks you through a practical blueprint for becoming the kind of AI leader companies can’t afford to lose in 2026.
Now, the role demands even more. The PdM-P program empowers you to lead teams through rapid learning and experimentation while ensuring your products are valuable, viable, usable, feasible, and grounded in strong ethics. Layered with the AI Business Leader certification, you’ll also learn how to evaluate intelligent technologies, prepare and manage data, design AI-powered workflows, and build human-centered AI strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Across the lifecycle, you’ll develop mastery in product discovery, market research, visioning, strategy, prototyping, value measurement, and user-centered experimentation. You’ll also build practical fluency in data readiness, AI modalities, generative AI, agentic workflows, and the ethical considerations every leader must navigate today. Each week gives you the opportunity to apply both product and AI leadership skills using a product or real-world challenge of your choosing.
Two powerhouse designations. One integrated path. A single experience that prepares you to lead products and AI initiatives with clarity, confidence, and strategic judgment.
Course Structure
The 7-week course is delivered asynchronously online with optional weekly group coaching sessions so you can learn at your own pace and access expert support when it fits your schedule.
"Over 90 percent of AI roll outs are failing. The leaders who will win are the ones who can manage that failure and turn it into value. AI is a product built to learn through broken pieces and fast iteration, and the business leaders who can guide teams through that will outpace their peers by as much as 25 percent this year. Get this certification. It’s the career move that sets you apart and unlocks unlimited opportunity in the year ahead. This will be the year you get promoted instead of being laid off."
